We walk the property with you, talk through what you want and measure up. You get a written quote that lists the work, materials and timeline.
For larger projects we sketch the layout, confirm materials and sort permits or locates before anything is dug.
Our own crew and equipment do the excavation, base, structure and finish. The site is tidied at the end of every day.
We walk the finished work with you, explain how to look after it, and fix anything that is not right.

We design and build across Metro Vancouver. If your city is not listed, ask: we often travel further for larger projects.
Call or send the form. We visit the property, measure, and send a written quote that lists the work, the materials and a timeline. Quotes are free and there is no pressure to decide on the spot.
Small jobs such as a fence section or a short walkway take a day or two. Patios, retaining walls and full yard renovations usually run one to three weeks depending on size, access and weather.
Yes. Metro Vancouver winters are mild enough for excavation, hardscaping and fencing most of the year. Concrete and planting are scheduled around frost and heavy rain.
Most patios, walkways and fences do not. Taller retaining walls, structures and work near property lines can. We check the rules for your municipality and tell you up front when a permit is needed.
We do. A repair or a small improvement is a good way to see how we work before a bigger project.
Tell us a little about the project and we will get back to you within one business day to arrange a site visit. Prefer to talk? Call (778) 323-2508.
